If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to help 

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

You can return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method minus postage costs.

Please email as at info@mahicanpink.com to arrange your return before sending your parcel back.

Please note the following exemptions from our refund policy:

  • Discontinued items are final and can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Sale items are final and can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • Returned items must be in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use including the security seals fully intact.
  • Hair products (if the security seal is broken or removed)
  • Electrical (if the security seal is broken or removed)
  • Gift Vouchers can not be returned or exchanged or used to buy gift vouchers
  • You can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase

Any items returned due to change of mind will be returned at the customers expense and you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

We recommend sending your item/s back in the original shipping protective packaging and using tracking as we cannot be responsible if your return parcel gets lost in transit

Please keep a record of your receipt and serial number for warranty purposes.

Please complete any electrical product warranties within the brand purchased directly, you will be able to find this information in the packaging of your electrical product.

All Electrical products are honoured by the warranty of the brand directly. If there are any faults or issues with the electrical item you have purchased, please visit the purchased brand directly to honour your warranty. Most warranty cases will incur postage fees responsible for the customer to pay. We are here to help with any complications.
